There is nothing called synchronize calender to target user. If i understand it correctly, you want some body else to view some body'd else calender. If I am getting it correct, you can take the steps that mentioned in the above articles. if you wnat the other user to have full control on other's calender (acccepting meeting, changing the time , sending requests), then you need to delegate permissions.Raj

Agree with Rajnish, Grant the necessary permission such as Editor or Author on Source Calendar and have Target user to open the calendar using below steps In outlook click on file ->Open other users Folder ->Type in name of calendar and select drop down box as calendar.
